Pre-degrees are intermediate courses taken by intending students who wish to gain admission into full time degree courses in the university. As for those who missed out on the 2016/2017 admission exercise, pre-degree programmes are usually another sure means of gaining admission into the University of your choice and the University of Port Harcourt is not left out.
It would be worthy to note that using pre-degree programmes are not automatic admission into the university, but an added advantage to the applicant, as he or she stands a better chance of gaining admission because of the slot allotted to them (Pre-degree students) as long as the applicants meet certain conditions and requirements as stated towards the end of this post.
I have friends and neighbors who after being disappointed severally by JAMB, all gained admission through Uniport pre-degree programmes so i can greatly attest to this.
