I call him prolific because of his back-to-back beat making hit productions! He styles himself by proudly flaunting his name (Young John The Wicked Producer) at the beginning and end of his productions, which serves as a signature in every music he produces, Young John deeply understands the business of mixing sounds and coming out with electrifying beats that can force an R&B lover change his or her genre of music to afro hip pop
Many music pundits have argued that Olamide and YBNL as a group’s success is significantly tied to Young John’s production. Going back to how Olamide Baddo and Young John got started at Hit Factory (A music production company Young John was tied to), up to the hit songs Olamide and YBNL as a whole, when I say YBNL, am talking about Olamide, Lil Kesh, Adekunle Gold and the behind the stage guys, the group has been growing at an alarming rate until the demise of Lil Kesh and Adekunle Gold from the group to kick off their own record labels, Y.A.G,I(Young And Getting It) records and Gold records respectively.
